The 2018 Weed and Pest Conference is brought to you by the Association of South Dakota County Weed and Pest Boards, the South Dakota Weed and Pest Supervisors Association, and the State Weed and Pest Commission.

Registration is available for the following:
- Individual attendee
Thursday 15th and Friday 16th February 2018. Includes 2 breakfasts, all breaks, 1 noon meal and use of awards banquet hospitality room.
- Supervisor Training
Wednesday 14th February 2018. Includes breakfast, noon meal, breaks and use of hospitality room.
Non-refundable. Includes conference registration, all breaks both days, lunch Wednesday, 3 meals Thursday and 1 meal Friday.
- Printed Registrations
Printed registration form with payment must be postmarked by February 2, 2018.
- Online Registrations
Payment for forms submitted electronically must be received by February 1, 2018.
We anticipate close to 200 attendees at the conference from South Dakota and surrounding states. You can’t afford to miss this premier exposure for your business.
We would like to receive a pdf or gif of your logo to include on signage listing vendors and sponsors via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The exhibit area will have electricity, please bring an extension cord. Contact us if additional services are needed.
Remember that additional exhibitors (2nd or more) require their own Conference registration to participate.
Due to printing time constraints, if this deadline is not met or if your payment is not received, we can not list sponsors or your business in the program or on the conference signage.
Set-up: Wednesday, February 14, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM or Thursday, February 15, prior to 8:00 AM.
Take-down: Friday, February 24, beginning after break at 10:30 AM.
If you would like to offer a gift and be recognized for a drawing, you are encouraged to do so in your display area. Drawing will be made at the Conference awards banquet on Thursday evening. Provide a 2 or 3 sentence description of your business for the banquet drawing.
Tables for silent auctions items will be provided in the display area to fund a scholarship program. Your donated items would be greatly appreciated. We will provide signage with your logo by your item during the silent auction period.
